Kilpatrick Cottage has an liveable area of about 110 m2. It consists out of 2 ensuit Bedrooms a Snug Room, which can be used as an additional Bedroom, a Kitchen and a large Livingroom. It sleeps comfortably 4 Persons, but with the convertable couch in the snug room, additional 2 persons can be accommodated.
The snug room and the living room are fitted with a timber fed stove, which nicly heat those rooms. Further the Cottage is fitted with a thermostat controlled gas heating system, which comfortably heats its rooms to cosy temperatures even when the weather is cold an rainy.
